What is the Process of Medical Wiring Harness?Where are the important control points for each process?Below are the answers to these two questions one by one:

Material storage: After the quality personnel's inspection is completed, the warehouse personnel will put the materials into the fixed warehouse according to the quality personnel's inspection labels (red represents defective return processing, and the qualified label has the company's material number, product name, etc.);

　　3. Material preparation: The material clerk of the production line will deliver the materials for the orders that need to be produced to the production line in advance according to the schedule, and confirm the model and quantity of these materials;

　　4. Wire cutting: IPQC must confirm with the team leader, the wire model, supplier, cutting and peeling length, total order quantity, etc. Otherwise, once the machine is adjusted incorrectly, a large amount of material loss will be caused when the machine is turned on;

　　5. Peeling: Medical Wiring Harness has already been peeled when cutting the wires, or the wires can be directly cut, peeled and connected to the terminals.Pay special attention to safety when using a pneumatic peeling machine;

　　6. Pressing: IPQC requires first article confirmation and regular inspections, because this is a key process in the Wiring Harness Process.

　　7. End inspection: divided into two parts, the operator's self-inspection and the end inspection personnel's full inspection (a magnifying glass inspects all end lines);

　　8. During assembly, the focus is to make anti-fooling fixtures to prevent misses and dislocations;

　　9. Assembly, threading heat shrink tubes, stranded wires, magnetic rings, etc.;

　　10. Continuity test. Before the test, IPQC and testers need to conduct self-inspection of the equipment and inspection of the fixture, and then the tester uses a medical Wiring Harness tester to conduct testing;

　　11. Appearance inspection. The focus of medical Wiring Harness is to check the line sequence. For molding, the appearance inspection must be carried out according to the molding inspection standards;

　　12. OQC needs to conduct all random inspections on finished products, including appearance, size, function, aging testing, etc.;

　　13. Storage;

　　14. Shipping inspection is an inspection on behalf of the customer. The focus is on whether the label is consistent with the actual items in the box, such as whether there are any abnormalities in the wires that have been placed for a long time (such as whether the wires or rubber rings are moldy or the terminals are oxidized, or have been changed and not disposed of, etc.);
